This mod for minecraft pocket edition implements wolf armor. Wolves always spawn with armor (assuming you have minecraft addons enabled). Armor protects them better, and this is especially noticeable because they have more health. As a true craftsman, you are given a few more uses for the wolf (for example, horseback riding).
Armored wolves replace normal wolf in the mcpe world. If you find him in building games, you can tame him with bones.
